Of all the Chalcedony varieties, green is the most valuable and rare; the color comes from nickel in the Earth, and the crystals grow in in a hexagonal shape. Like Emerald, Chrysoprase is also a gem of the Green Ray, and is a healing heart stone. Wearing or meditating with these stones can facilitate a strong connection with the spirit of the Earth Mother, as well as devas, faeries, and other elemental energies.
The energy of Chrysoprase can be compared to fresh leaves on a tree in the Spring; carrying the promise of hope, fresh starts, and abundance.
